I would rate my experience 9 out of 10. Overall, I had a good experience with the collision center. They replaced the right taillight and repaired and painted the rear bumper. The work was completed within the estimated timeframe, and I received daily updates on the repair progress. The reason I didn't give a 10 is that the paint color has a slight difference compared to the rest of the car body. However, my vehicle has a complex color, so I understand that achieving a perfect match can be challenging.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They communicated often to let me know where they were. The car looked great and the way that they handle the renting of a car was so helpful and greatly appreciated. Daniel was great, explaining everything to me! Thanks to all of them!!

The first time I picked my truck up the plastic parts on the bumper didn’t fit so they was resolved. Today when looking at at in in the sunlight, I noticed my truck was painted the wrong color. It was painted regular black and my truck has metallic flakes in the paint. I will be bringing it back for the 2nd time.
