Estimated at 3 days. It took 10 days for simple bumper replacement. Completely unacceptable!! Only communication was when I called in. Mostly promised call back did not occur. Poor service.

Sometimes I was told I would get a call with an update on a certain day and the call didn’t happen. I would have to call to inquire about the timing. Not a huge deal, but shows how busy the company was.

I was very impressed with Jennifer and all the staff who helped me at Caliber Collision. The store is very clean and well run. The rental agent was there to put me into my rental car right after I reviewed the claim damage on my car with Jennifer. I highly recommend them for any body work and damage repairs.
