The entire experience was beyond satisfactory. It started with contact prior to dropping my car off for repair, through the drop-off process and finally to pickup and subsequent follow up. I was kept up to date on the status at every step of the process and knew exactly what stage of repair my vehicle was in. Moreover, the staff with whom I had contact were professional, courteous, friendly and informative. While I hope I don't have an occasion to use the services of Caliber again, I highly recommend them.

I am satisfied with my experience, but it took way too long to get my car back. I haven’t actually seen it yet to know if the job looks ok. The bumper wouldn’t “calibrate” for 2 weeks. That is weird
