All of the people working at caliber collision were really nice, professional, and courteous. They did an awesome job on my car. And they got it done fairly quickly. Which is a good thing. Also the person that cleaned my car did an awesome job. It smelt good too. Thespian they used for freshness smelt better then most car washes. Thank you for everything. I also highly suggest this company

It took a while to get the car back after all paperwork was completed. It appears the delay was caused because of some last minute cleaning of the car. Overall, quite satisfied with the service.

I used Caliber for my car that was in an small accident. From the time they received the vehicle to the time we picked it back up they were awesome They kept us informed on every step and the vehicle was done before expected. I normally don't write reviews, but the customer service was impeccable from the moment I dropped off my vehicle to when I picked it up. The vehicle was repaired a few days ahead of schedule and looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. The team even detailed the vehicle and removed a large scratch. I hope I don't have the need for auto body repair but if I do I am definitely going back to Caliber Collision.
