Well I’m so happy with the service .. everyday I got an update of the car’s status. Curt always called me to let me know how my car was . I have to tell you the rental car service was amazing . Baylee ( front desk girl) was wonderful , so kind and friendly 100% recommended

Curt was amazing. He communicated well with me. Everyone was super nice and informative. My only concern is the state I received my car back in. I had a lot of marks, stains and additional scratches on my vehicle. My inside was left with a white film all over my front and back seats, steering wheel, door and floor. I’m assuming that might have been from when they painted. Or possibly just left my windows down. The door that was repainted. The window has paint and chips on it that will not come off with a rag. There are also chips and scratches on the left bumper and rear light.

Repair timeline was accurate although long. Wish the parts would have been available sooner. I don't think that is under your control. Stephanie was pretty knowledgeable. Good experience

Our Caliber advisor was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. The father of the other driver, who struck my vehicle, wanted me to go to a different shop, but I insisted on this Caliber location.
