The staff at Caliber Collision was very friendly throughout the process and kept me updated with emails and texts, which I appreciated. However, what was supposed to be a smaller repair ended up taking over 3 1/2 weeks. When I first went to pick up my vehicle, I was told it would be ready after being cleaned, but it was not clean at all and there were still noticeable issues with the repair. The repaint had visible orange peel texture down the side, there was overspray on the trim/baseboards, and the fenders ended up needing replacement due to problems during the repair process. To their credit, they did keep the vehicle longer to address the concerns and eventually delivered it back to my house, which I appreciated. The car looks better than it did initially, but it’s still not quite perfect and I honestly just don’t want to be without my vehicle any longer. Overall, the customer service and communication were good, but the repair quality and turnaround time did not fully meet my expectations.

While the repair process took longer than expected, I appreciated the good customer service and their effort to make things right.
