I would give you guys 10 stars. Ryan greeted us and it turned out we had scheduled the appointment at a different location. He got to the bottom of it and worked with the insurance company to get information and transfer to them. Daniel took over and was wonderful. He cordinated everything and kept me informed of what was happening. It was completed when he said it would be and even arranged to have the car delivered to me. The customer service went above and beyond and I will recommend your company to anyone needing collision work done. Please acknowledge all the shop workers and front people for an outstanding job. I would rate it 20 stars if I could. Ryan met us at the front as we had made an appointment. Unfortunately we made it at another location, even tho we want to go here. He told us they would figure it out and call. They did and they had transferred all information, regarding insurance, etc. When I brought the car in we met Daniel. We went over the car and then went inside. It was near closing time and I was just going to wait outside if my husband did not get there in time to pick me up. They said not to worry, they’d get someone to take me home. I was blown away by that level of service.
