I had a very disappointing experience. They called me on Saturday at 9:00 AM and told me I only had until 10:00 AM—just one hour—to pick up my car or they wouldn’t be able to release it. That kind of pressure is completely unreasonable. On top of that, the car was returned extremely dirty inside, which shows a lack of care and professionalism. Very poor service overall. I do not recommend this place.

Stephanie was AMAZING, friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She kept me constantly updated and was very prompt getting back to me throughout the entire process. She helped me navigate through the entire USAA process quickly making it as easy as it could be. She really put me at ease from start to finish. Thank you so much Stephanie and Caliber Collision!! I definitely recommend working with them!

Thank you Caliber Collision for making my experience a great one! Daniel was awesome! He was very professional and trustworthy! He kept me in the loop of things while my car was being repaired, he also listen to my concerns and made it happen as he had promised! It’s very hard to find a shop this reliable and prompt! I highly recommend!
