Michael was so helpful, patient and thoroughly explained not only dealing with the insurance company, but also the entire repair process. He and your customer service attendant on the desk (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) helped me with Enterprise Rental car too. My vehicle looks like it’s brand new again and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Being a senior citizen I am so grateful for knowing I can go to Caliber and trust them totally.
