Unbelievable service, 5 stars…have an older car with old battery, when the car wouldn’t start, the service car drove to the parts store himself so I wouldn’t have to wait..then he installed the battery and COMPED me for the battery! Unbelievable..

I was blown away by the experience. It was so seamless and smooth. The Caliber team, led by Edgar, thought of everything to make it as easy as possibel. They handled all communications with Erie Insurance and Enterprise. They took extra care to insure a perfect match of parts and calibration and when it was not perfect, they obtained approval to get factory parts and redo the bumper install without me needing to be involved. To top it off, they did a full interior/exterior car wash. Now, the car literally looks brand new. I was so thrilled
