All of Caliber’s staff — especially Dario — was professional, generous with their time in explaining the steps they were taking to repair our car and then taking those steps, and displayed a sustained effort to repair our car to “like new” condition.

Travellers’ insurance is amazing! I get in an accident very rarely. So, when I was in accident recently and the other driver suggested that we could ‘work it out’ to avoid an increase in his insurance I agreed we could forgo calling the police. After all it was a very crowded road and waiting for the police would probably take some time. We exchanged insurance information and then went on our way. Of course! Being a, “nice guy “ didn’t work in my favor, However, Travellers’ has this great feature that they advocate for the insured, allowed me to proceed with getting my car repaired and will work to recover expenses incurred from the other driver’s insurance company!

Caliber on Industrial Dr. in Gaithersburg, MD is amazing! The personnel very much enjoy repairing automobiles. I would say from my experience every individual working at Caliber is following “their bliss” . Okay, I’m using a phrase from a bygone era — but each Caliber staff is pleasant to work with; they’re calm, relaxed and enjoy what they do.
