David was amazing. His Customer Service fantastica He kept me up to date the progress of my repair and it made me feel comfortable and secure about everything! He went above and beyond being helpful till the end...even walking me out to my vehicle! I never had that kind of treatment anywhere else!! My Honda looks amazing better than new! I appreciate everything Caliber did for me!

Repair took too long (5-6 weeks). David at caliber kept giving me the runaround. Overpromised and underdelivered. Kept saying car was projected to be ready but then kept delaying. Mechanical calibration should have been done. Last minute on last day of rental car contract, he told us technician brought wrong tools. So we had to extend the rental contract. Then he Told us car was ready but another agent said car needs a new battery but then he contradicted her and told us we could pick up. When we get there, car won’t start. Wasted our time .
