overall, the team was very responsive and I felt cared for. I do not blame them for the fact that it took much longer than expected for the car to get repaired. It was frustrating to have confined delays But they did try to make the process hassle free. I just got the car back a few days ago so I don’t yet know for certain if there are any outstanding issues. But at this point, it seems to have been fully repaired successfully.

I love Caliber Collision of Gaithersburg. Their service was wonderful. Very professional and honest. I had brought my car in for 2 body issues. The first place I went to gave me an estimate of $1,100 for one of the areas. When I brought it to Caliber David took a look at that area and said he’d be right back. He returned with a spray and rag and wiped off what I thought and was told were deep scratches! Great service and great workmanship. My car looks great and came back very clean. They also arranged my getting a rental car. I highly recommend them!
