Manger Jonathan has told me they found a used car door..only cost $400 - $500. But they charged $750.. that's very ugly and not going. I am very disappointed the way they kept it all most two months.

Caliber has lied to me multiple times, has been to multiple locations. Not doing the work even when they say they have started it… I have never been lied to so much in my life. Even the day of pick up when you tell me midday in edgewater and I have to drive to Gaithersburg at 5 o’clock at night to pick up my vehicle. I am totally dissatisfied and upset and frankly pissed.

The vehicle wasn't ready when initially promised but that was because once the compressor was replaced they discovered a leak in the AC line and a part needed to be ordered. They kept me informed the whole time and were very friendly and accommodating to me throughout the process. I had a great experience.

My truck was at the shop 6-7 weeks and after all that time and multiple corrections it's still not fixed properly. The front bumper is crooked and anyone can see that by taking a quick glance and Caliber insists that's the best they can do. If it wasn't for insurance using Caliber I would never take my car there. Definitely below standar work.

I understand that why it took so long to even try to get my car. I'm the most frustrated because I was called on January 5th 2023 and I was told that my car would be ready later that night or tomorrow. The next day when I went there it wasn't ready and that's what upset me. I was told it would be ready on Monday so I patiently waited over the weekend till the end of the day on Monday. Yes I did get my car back, but there was clips missing all underneath the inner wheel well. As well as my rotor has a bunch of hammer marks on it for some odd reason. And the air box is missing a brace. I said I would leave a good review but I also said that I'd rather wait because I know my car is going to come back a hundred percent, it did not come back 100%. There's a huge communication error that caused this whole mess, and it's sad that they couldn't deliver even though there was maybe 20 cars in the lot versus the caliber collision on gude drive in Rockville Maryland had probably double.

Being a brand of car repair shop that I grew up with from California I always expected the work to the of the best. Sadly I don't think I will go to caliber collision to get my car repaired in the future or recommend it to my colleagues or family members.

They got it done-ish. After being called and told it would be ready later that day or the next day, I was extremely excited. Turned out that it still was needing parts to be put on and it wasn't known who called me. Waited over the weekend to get my car back the following Monday (end of day). Since it was late and I had stuff to do I couldn't check the car over. Looked at it the next day and noticed a number of clips missing in the wheel well. The refinished rim has a scratch, and the side skirt to be improperly installed to name a few issues. I have yet to 5alk to that Caliber Collision still as I have lost my trust in the company.

Customer service up to a point was good. I was told on a Thursday that it would be done that day that all I had to be done was it had to be cleaned and it would be good to go either later that day or the next day. I called early the next day and was told that it's still needed to have body panels put on and they'd call me back around 1:00. I never got that call back I waited till 3:00 still didn't get the call back so I went over to that caliber collision and was told there that the car was not done that it was still being worked on that it still needed the body panels on. Then frustrated I went outside talked my insurance and I noticed that the car was in their back lot not even being worked on.

Very professional and courteous staff. Two other Auto body shops turned down our request to have the car repaired (too busy) but Caliber collision welcomed us with open arms and did a great job. The car was repaired in a timely fashion. I was provided updates throughout the process. Thanks guys.
