I was extremely pleased by the service I received at Caliber in Gaithersburg. Everyone with whom I dealt was most courteous and helpful. I was particularly impressed by David, who kept me informed throughout the process of my car’s being repaired and made himself available to answer any concern I had. He is absolutely first rate. I frankly hope my car is not damaged at any time in the future. But if it is, I will certainly think first of Caliber for repairs.

The automated text updates were helpful to receive. Jonathan and Dave were very kind to explain the repair process to me, that we may have to wait for parts due to supply chain delays, and waited for me to arrive and pick up my car after hours on a Friday evening. Exceptional customer service!!!

The office person and the person who did the estimate were great. My only reason for rating this a 9 instead of a 10 was that the inside of the car hadn't been cleaned up from the repair. The back seats were laid down and there were small broken pieces of plastic. Scattered around. I could easily vacuum the back of the seat and the bench and floor with my handheld vacuum. I thought that should have been taken care of though.

Everyone I interacted with at Caliber Collision was courteous and helpful with getting my Jeep fixed after an accident.
