It took about 6 months to get my vehicle back. Caliber didn’t do a thorough inspection of the vehicle in the beginning so after waiting 3 weeks for parts they realized there was another issue and had to order more parts which took 3-4 weeks. I would be told almost every week the car would be ready by Friday and never hear back from them. I called them this week because my vehicle has the engine light on, indicating power train issues. I have yet to receive a call back. I’m just extremely dissatisfied with the whole process. I even involved the supervisor at Travelers and nothing changed.

The repair is not finished yet. I keep getting messages that it is ready and messages tht parts have been ordered. I have to wonder if Caliper thinks I have two different cars in their shop.
