Caliber Collision was excellent! They made the entire process easy. It's never pleasant to have to have bodywork done, but they made it as good as it possibly can be. The work done was of the highest quality. I will tell everyone that Caliber Collision is an outstanding body shop.

When it comes to car repair, I have never had the opportunity to work with such a professional group of individuals. I was always met with pleasant and helpful personalities whether on the phone or in person. I was called multiple times with updates which allowed me to be fully informed of the progress. An extra shout out to Jonathan Oden. Jonathan runs the shop like a well oiled machine. You can always tell a well managed business by seeing employees that own their job with an awesome attitude. I hope I never have to have major car repairs, but, if I do, I’ll be back to see Jonathan and his team!

Take advantage of newly created Caliber Collision on Industrial Rd off of Shady Grove Road in Maryland. Estimation and repairs were done given the backlog of car parts in summer of 2022.

Had an accident where the front bumper assembly was torn off plus headlights & blinkers damage. All repairs were fully completed; Car was returned extremely cleaned; At pickup noticed a slight scratch on the hood and they repaired immediately.
