It took a while since we had to wait for the other insurance to kick in, but otherwise everything was smooth. The intake was easy and Enterprise rental was able to pick me up right there at the shop. There was constant communication as to the status of the car. Once it was done, I was able to leave the rental car right there. My car looks like new! I’m so glad to have it back. I will definitely tell people this is the place to get your car repaired.

The staff at the actual Caliber location were great! The front desk was very nice and through. The Caliber technician were commuicated regularly and were clear. The text updates were great. The contracted roaming tech that does the sensor calibration for the nissan leaf seem to show up when he wanted and not when he said he would, causing delays two times. This added about two days to the repair time.

Excellent customer service service It was easy and quick to get estimate Scheduled work and text updates work was completed on time Reliable estimate which was important since It was a scratch in paint on side of car that had to be fixed but didn’t want to use insurance , we were able to afford it Thank you for excellent service
