There were three items that needed to be repaired and only two got repaired (my insurance did not cover the 3rd repair). I understand why they didn’t cover it, but my only complaint is that when the Caliber representative and I were playing phone tag, never once did he mention in his voicemails about this repair not being approved and therefore not being completed. Had this been stated in the voicemail, I would have been prepared for seeing the dent still in my car when I picked it up, I could have left a message with the front desk that I approved the repair regardless of insurance not covering it, I would have paid for the repair out of pocket.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision thanks to Brett! He went above and beyond repairing my vehicle and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car looks brand new—you’d never know it was damaged. Brett kept me updated throughout the repairs, answered all my questions, and was professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. Jordan assured me, while documenting the damage to my vehicle, all of the damage would be repaired. When I arrived to pick up my Subaru, 4 dents that were caused by the hit and run were not repaired.

The passenger side headlight has been pushed in and not in the correct place. The car has grease marks all over it. This is unacceptable able. Worst caliber collision I have had. Won’t return to this location
