Working with caliber was very easy. Gail was very kind and helped me set up my drop off date with ease. The gentleman in the shop were great also, I don’t remember the first guys name but he typically handles the Geico claims (funny guy). My car came back looking great and shiny! The lady who hit me had really done a number on my passenger side and you would never know it!

This team did phenomenal work! My jeep looks brand new. They took the time to pay attention to small details and even went well wound what I needed to vacuum the inside / wax the outside. WOW! Also, I never had any questions while the repair was happening. They provided proactive updates and accurate estimates. Amazing amazing customer experience!

Only issue was replacement fender had a small ding that we were expecting your PDR person to reach out last week but they didn’t contact us yet.
