I’ve got a bit of history with Caliber Collision dating back to 2019. My 2017 V6 Honda Accord was in a major accident on Highway 50 in Durham. That car meant a lot to me because my daughter picked it out shortly after we moved back to North Carolina. I was convinced it was a total loss due to the entire right side being damaged. Caliber proved me wrong. They had it looking like nothing ever happened in about 60 days. Ironically enough, this same car is now my daughter’s first vehicle, which says everything about the quality of their work. Fast forward to now, this review is really about the Caliber Collision location in Garner, NC. I was treated like family from the moment that I walked in. Rachel, the Office Manager, immediately stood out. I wasn’t feeling my best due to allergies, and without hesitation she offered me water and Tylenol. That alone told me what kind of place this was. She took her time walking me through the entire process and even made sure I had a plan to get to Enterprise when they couldn’t pick me up due to being short-staffed. To be specific, I was about to call an Uber, but Rachel shut that down in the best way possible. She coordinated with my adjuster, David, who personally gave me a ride. Not only that, but he was great company. We had a real conversation, not just small talk, and I appreciated getting to know him beyond the transaction. Rachel and David kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. At one point, I mentioned a very minor scratch on my wife’s door and I filed a secondary insurance claim for. Rachel gave me honest advice and told me it wasn’t worth going through insurance, which I respected. Now here’s where they really went above and beyond, I found out they had taken care of that additional issue at no extra cost when I picked up my Honda Pilot (aka “Big Black”). As such I only had to pay my deductible. On top of that, the Big Black was detailed inside and out. Caliber Collision doesn’t only take care of your vehicles, they take care of you as the person and the customer, especially the one in Garner. Accordingly they’re the only place I trust with my vehicles. Thank you Rachel, David, and Brian for everything.

The servise was excellent, they made the process super easy, quick and answer all the questions we had. Theres was alot of communication through all the process. I give the them10 at 10 or 5 at 5. We highly recommend this company for your automovile repair. The finish was perfect like never happen.
