Puedo decir que el trabajo estuvo perfecto, pero no la forma en como nos entregaron el carro, y que tienen allí no todos personal muy mal educados y con poca paciencia ( la secretaria y otro señor alto y delgado muy amables)

They did a good job of keeping us informed. The time got backed up several times, but I think that was from having to wait on parts.

I felt like I was worrying them when I would call about something not working like it should.

As expected there were some delays in getting the car back, but they did keep us informed. Trying to get parts was the hold up.

We had to take the car back a couple of times due to issues with the windshield not "syncing" up with the car. Again, this was somewhere they take the car to get it done. It was frustrating for us and them.

From all of my previous experiences, I can honestly say that Caliber has set the bar above and beyond for GREAT customer service. Ms. Rachel Reynolds was great in providing information and assisting from the beginning (entry point) to the end. Great customer service is not just providing information or answering questions, but it is how you provide information and your tone of voice. Ms Reynolds exceeded every area of providing GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE She is the perfect person at the entry point of Caliber.
