Terrific service at the Gilbert location. Communication, guidance on process, and actual repairs were exceptional. Not sure if this will get to the right person, but I had previously made an appointment at tempe location (for this same occurence) through the centralized number, and my experience with the call center/tempe location was almost enough to not return to caliber. Specifically setting me up for an 8am appointment and then getting to the location to find they wouldn't be able to even look at my vehicle until 11am, and no one told me that until I sat for almost an hour. It seems like the call center is not aware of capabilities/availability of the actual locations.

Dawn and Rudy were great!. They took care of everything, even helped me with the return rental car. My car was finished two days early which was very much appreciated. The phone updates that I received from everyone were timely and kept me up-to-date. After my car was repaired, it looked wonderful, and I was so glad to have my baby back so quickly. A job well done to all, and I was happy with how everyone was so courteous and how their office staff handled their business professionally and in a very organized and efficient manner. Hopefully, no future car repairs are needed, but if I do, I will be coming back to you guys again. Thank you and stay safe. Sincerely Amy
