The entire repair process ran very smoothly and the repairs done appear very good. The staff at the Douglas Drive location is very good to work with. I was disappointed to arrive home after picking up my car to notice a large crack in the top corner of my windshield. I called Caliber about it and they emailed me photos showing the crack appears to have been there when I brought the car in. I guess it is possible I just hadn’t noticed it in the top corner of the passenger side of the windshield. Still disappointing and took the wow out of the car repair experience.

The damage repair looks good but I noticed a crack in my windshield when I picked my car up that I was not aware of when I took my car into Caliber Collision. They showed me photos of the car they took before beginning work on the car that included a photo of a crack in the windshield. Because of the crack location in the upper passenger side of the windshield concealed by a lowered visor, it is possible the crack was there prior to my bringing the car in and I just hadn’t noticed it. I don’t know what would have caused the crack other than maybe the extreme heat we are having in Arizona?

Overall it was good. I like how the rental car came to pick us up? And when I dropped it off at Calibres, they returned the rental car for me. The quality of work was also well completed. My biggest issue was I asked for I estimate on some additional work to be done since you already had my truck I figure might as well get three other pieces painted as well, and no one ever contacted me to give me my quote. I obviously don't want to bring my vehicle back and lose more time and have to rent another car. When the work could have been done at the same time. Really, you guys just left money on the table for work that could have been completed.

Overall everything with work done and rental car shuttle and you returning rental was great. Only complaint was asked for quote on 3 other places that needed paint also and never received the quote. I wanted to get it done at same time as the other work. Makes no sense to bring it back another day when u already had vehicle there and were going to paint and rental was already being used. So you guys left money on the table.
