From start to finish everything was outstanding. Team: Most personable and kind, starting with the lady who answered my phone call for directions who made me feel like I was family and the most important person on the planet, I instantly knew I was working with the correct and best company. That kindness continued with my first appointment where I met the world's greatest receptionist; after she checked me in and arranged for me to meet my service advisor, I thanked her for making me feel comfortable and at home. The kindness continued further when I met my service advisor, Stephen, who is the most outstanding leader/advisor in the collision repair business; he routinely stayed in contact with me throughout the repair and efficiently explained everything that was being repaired; at the final delivery, Stephen reviewed everything with the highest professionalism ever.
