They kept calling me to pick up the car and when I arrived they informed me that they couldnât release the car until they received payment from the insurance (who they never even tried to contacted. So I had to pay out of my pocket for an accident hat wasnât even my fault.

I know the transition from Lone Hill to Caliber has had some challenges and pushed the team outside their comfort zones, but I wanted to take a moment and thank them all for a job well done. This place treated us as family, everyone was professional and took great care of the process. I was so satisfied with the way Caliber kept us informed about the our car. When we picked up the car it looked like it was brand new off the show room floor. Hopefully I will never have to use Caliber again, but if ever in this situation again I will most definitely be calling. Love you guys. Thank you
