The quality of service I recieved was excellent. The Service Rep was very professional. She was able to walk me through the process of getting my repair in a very timely manner. She was very pleasant. The Office Manager was also great. Loved her taking the time to come in on Saturday so I could pick up my car. Great team at Caliber!
