After 9 days in the shop, when I went for pickup and inspection, the front left side of the new bumper cap was noticeably not tight against the panel. Chad took the car back for an adjustment and almost got it right. He said a piece of debris had kept it from fitting tightly. A couple of days later one of the plastic clips at the same spot was falling out. As a customer it is inconceivable to present that level of repair and call it ‘completed.’

The option and price to paint the whole vehicle would have been welcome, as the paint isn't the same/does not match. I realize the extra would have come out of my pocket, but having that option would have been nice.

work was good but they took 4 weeks to get an small repairs and they kept saying lies when I asked when the truck was going to be ready, they kept telling me this weekend will be ready.
