I had a great experience dealing with Chris He made the hassle of going through this process much easier by, explaining the whole process to me, actually answering my questions, and helping me deal with my insurance. I felt taken care of and like my Nissan was in good hands. I really enjoyed getting the text updates as well. In the future, I will use Caliber and I will be recommending it to my friends / family. i have had body and paint work done sevaeral times since ive moved to houston. twice at this shop and some at a dealership. my experiance at the dealership was less than impressive. I partly judged that experiance off if the outstanding workmanship of ur location. In short my past experience at this shop has raised my expectations when it comes to quality paint and bodywork. that being said i have a couple of items i would like to review with my service adviser.
