I’m happy to say I had an incredibly good experience with the Caliber Collision on Peek Road! Alexia at the front desk was very personable & very efficient with the paperwork! Jonathan, my Service Advisor, took such good care of explaining and then managing the repairs to my car, keeping me informed all along the way! My car was even ready ahead of schedule! Customer service was exceptional, Jonathon has done a good job keeping me updated with the repairs and helped sort out the rental car. Ability to adequately complete the repair is another issue which I hopefully will be able to address on another question in the survey.
