There was a few scratches on the exterior that were not there before.. no worries I had good compound and wax at home to take care of that issue... and bad scuff mark on kick panels driver side believe could have been avoided if a little more careful the receptionist and service advisor was very professional polite kind and respectful the workmanship done on my bumper very good job and I have not had good experience with previous body shops and caliber showed me that there are still places that have good customer service and did their best to make good quality workmanship to the repair and I'm glad I had a friend that referred 2 using caliber collision, oh and there was aclip missing for the bottom of the bumper that holds the bumper on that was overlooked by whoever snapped all the clips back in missed one and the manager himself took care of it for Me very professional and kind was glad to meet himand I was not upset that I had to return to the body shop to get those clips in properly luckily I had the time to do it I'm just mentioning it in thoughts that before cars return to a owner that the inspection a vehicle these things will not be overlooked that I mentioned thank you for your help with my repair...
