Fast, top-tier professional service from start to finish! Everyone provided excellent customer service, but I want to give special recognition to Kiah — she handled my entire process with outstanding communication and care. She even stayed after hours to deliver my car because of my schedule constraints, which I truly appreciated. The repairs were top-notch — you can’t even tell my car was ever damaged. Body work and paint looked good and mechanical repairs seem good so far. Timeline was typical as far as I've seen. Communication on the status of the work toward the end was a bit unclear.
