Christian did an awesome job getting my car repaired. He kept me informed. No surprises just the facts. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and always kind and prompt. Answered all my questions without being condescending. Enjoyed doing business with Caliber Collision and will highly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again for taking care of me. PS...the desk manager was also awesome. Can't remember her name. Im old. Lol! Also the young man who calibrated the car was very helpful when explaining the final calibration process. Great staff. Very kind and professional.

Repair, service and communication was excellent. All 10/10 but repair was minor and took too long plus pan of car seat was off. They offered to repair seat panel but it wasn’t required.
