This by far the worst experience I’ve had with a body shop. It took two months to fix front in damage on a 2017 F150. They kept trying to buy junkyard parts to save money that didn’t fix. I paid over 7k for a rental vehicle.

I want to voice my complaints about Caliber Collision on 16337 Park Row Blvd Houston TX 77084 ..this was by far the worst experience I have ever had from a Caliber Collision company!!! you guys had my vehicle for almost 2 months and there was poor communication and a bunch of delays on parts and getting parts from junkyards is crazy for a 2017 Ford F-150 xlt ... My windshield is still cracked from the accident..that did not get repaired at which it should have. the delivery date was pushed back over five or six times for one reason or another...this is totally unacceptable from a Quality Colision Company like Caliber Collision...Had to pay extension for rental 3 times ...which is terrible because of poor communication and bad judgement from Caliber Collision!! I will not be coming back to Caliber Collision or refer anyone to this location!! I pray you guys improve your customer service Quickly and the speed of repair services to get the customers back on the road quickly!!!

I really appreciate how friendly and accommodating everyone was. Christian kept me thoroughly informed, was very fast, and they cleaned both the inside and outside of my car. It was a very thoughtful touch and I appreciate that as much as the work. I always use Caliber Collision and am never disappointed.
