I was given an appointment at one Caliber shop and a rental car was supposed to be there for me. I arrived on time and they told me that they don't work on EVs. I drove it to a Caliber shop that works on EVs but the rental car co. would not bring the rental car there. Caliber did drive me to the rental car co. to get a car. When I left my car, I told them to email me when it was ready because my phone was out of service. They did not email me. At least, they were pleasant and that counts.

Discovery of the driving shaft is bent, and that was either overlooked or missed during the original assignment.
