The car was dropped off the morning of 10/30/25 and was not ready until the evening of 11/11/25. A relatively small repair which should have been 3-4 days took nearly 2 weeks. I told Dylan I needed the car by 11/7 which he promised. Communication was lacking and misleading. The quality of the repair seems to be acceptable at time of pickup

Stanley was so awesome. He has great customer service and very professional. He made sure i was taken care of and kept me updated on my car.
