My experience at Caliber on 16337 Park Row Dr was spectacular! My guy Dillon over there is amazing! He updated me everyday, told me if I had any questions, I can directly ask him, and the dude just had a great overall attitude. The car came out amazing. Just like nothing happened. 1. The windshield was damaged due to the accident. Progressive denied with the argument of a previous crack. Caliber did not endorse my technical explanation about the new damage produced during the accident. 2. My steering wheel is hard and sometimes tends to the right, also some vibration is noticed when the car is more than 60 miles/hr. 3. The assistance driver system is not working; it shows the sign in front. Something was unplugged, disconnected, or not reconnected during repair. This was working even after the accident.
