Repair ok. The customer service with enterprise very disappointed/Dissatisfied. Not happy with the services and communication with the people there. Was required to leave a deposit and was told by them it will be refunded as long as we kept the car clean and gas filled when return. They didnât have anything ready from State Farm , which State Farm contact them with cla number and approval detail about rental car. They never explained anything to us. So out deposit was not refunded back. Called them & question why. Never got a return call back like I was told. Had to call next day spoke with Scott ; put on internal hold time ( phone) and still was not able to get anything done with him. Had no concern/ very neutral.

The repairs to my truck were outstanding and I was very pleased with the professionalism of the team at the Park Row location in Houston. Thomas communicated with me frequently from the time that my truck arrived until I drove out of the parking lot after picking up my truck! My baby looks brand new!!!!
