Anna and her team did a wonderful job with repairing the damages to my Toyota. Not only was their technical skill of the highest quality, but their personable service and diligent progress updates were exemplary. They treated me as a person and honestly showed understanding of the stress associated with dealing with a damaged car. The three-way Concierge team (Caliber, Travelers, Enterprise) also did an outstanding job, perfectly prepared for my arrival. This kind of service is hard to find these days. Without a doubt this was the best experience anyone could every hope for when receiving service at a body shop. The crew at Caliber's Park Row location is of the highest caliber. They have a smoothly coordinated (3-way) concierge in place, work side by side with Travelers insurance and Enterprise rental car located at the site. Everything was ready for my arrival when I dropped off my damaged car for the repairs. I highly recommend this team to my friends, family and professional collaborators.
