Our first time our company has used this Park Row Houston location to repair our company vehicle. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My service advisor, Dylan Corliss was exceptionally thorough on inspection of the vehicle and working with my insurance adjuster. Dylans total commitment to providing me and my upper management updates on our vehicle was total above and beyond exceptional customer service. We are so very happy with the service and professionalism Dylan Corliss and his team provided. We will continue to return our company vehicles to this location in the future for all repairs needed.

I’ve noticed that the rear driver-side door handle is no longer retracting automatically. It used to fold back in on its own, but now it remains extended while the other door handles appear to be working normally. Could you please take a look and advise whether this may be a mechanical or electrical issue?
