Caliber Collision took great care of my vehicle, and their attention to detail really showed in the final result. Despite a few hiccups along the way, the team handled everything w/ professionalism and kept the process moving smoothly. Andrew and John at the Richmond center and Stanley and Andy at the Park Road were outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and committed to making sure the job was done right. Their customer service and pride in their work made all the difference. I truly appreciate the effort they put into restoring my car and would gladly recommend Caliber!

Everyone was so nice and professional and kept me updated on the progress of my car. You told me what to expect and when the car would be finished. You also kept my insurance updated on the progress and the expenses. Worked with Enterprise to pick me up to get a rental and called them to pick the rental up when I returned to Caliber to pick my car up. I was a returning customer as Caliber helped me out before at this same location. I told my family, friends and neighbors about my experience with Caliber. Jonathan Silva was awesome. He worked with his other branch, since my car is an EV, and ensured it got picked up and dropped off at his branch which is closer to my home. Also, the branch that did the work they completed it way ahead of their earlier schedule.
