Based on Dylan’s management of it I would definitely recommend this shop if he was looking after the vehicle

Repair Quality

Great level of communication & check ins with Dylan when he was working my vehicle, that same level of communication was not there when he was off however.

Customer Service

As before when Dylan was off I had to chase updates myself.

Jose was very rude. Andy was polite, but couldn’t give me a legitimate reason the work took so long.

Customer Service

I was very disappointed with the customer service, the lack of communication and how long it took.

My Experience

Second time using Caliber Collision and i have been pleased with their service both times.

I had a decent experience with Caliber Collision. The repairs took quite a while and I had to battle to ensure quality was up to par, however, the customer service was great and the team worked it out. Special thanks to Stanley and his peer (cannot remember the gentleman’s name) that helped towards the end. I wish them the best!

Customer Service

See previous comment. Stanley and team were helpful, even during Stanley’s time of need.

Bumper looks great, but Paint Protective Film looks like an Amateur did the work.

Customer Service

Dylan was super polite and cordial. However a 8-9 day repair job took almost 4 weeks to complete. the overall claims process with Geico has been smooth but delays at the repair shop have been exceptionally frustrating . I specifically chose a Geico-contracted shop to help expedite the process and ensure warranty coverage, but unfortunately, the timeline continued to slip. When I dropped off my vehicle on September 29th, I was told the repair (which is relatively minor) would be completed by October 10th. Since then, the estimated completion date has been pushed back multiple times: first to the 13th, then the 14th, then the 15th, and now I'm being told it may be the 16th or 17th. Given the scope of the repair, I was expecting it to be completed within 7-10 days. Dylan at Caliber has been very courteous and polite. He explained today the issue is with Protech, a Caliber company whom perform calibrations, are behind. This doesn't compute since they are part of the same company and Protech should prioritize clients of Caliber (and Geico for that matter). It’s been 3 weeks since the car was repaired and they still haven’t coordinated with me to have the frunk insert installed (they forgot to put it back in after repairs) and to have the clear protective film redone. I have been super patient and Dylan remains very polite and courteous but it’s time to have these open items resolved.

Thank you for the work done on my vehicle. I appreciate the services. I would say get the computer that sends out text, updated.
