Despite the circumstances, having Calliber Collision at this location taking care of my vehicle was the best customer service experience I have had! From the nice younger lady at the front desk, having Arturo taking care of my repairs and topping with being offered a courtesy ride at drop off and pickup -- I never experienced such an amazing team and services. Obviously , I am not experienced to detail the repairs, but I want to emphasize on is professionalism, respect, empathy, kindness and most importantly trust. As a widow and single mother, when I dropped of my vehicle I was scared and alone . Arturo literally put my mind at ease and he kept every promise: updated me 3 times a week, updated me every step of the way on repairs progress and estimated completion! 100% accurate and honest! If the company can't give this guy a raise, a bonus should definitely be granted: his performance builds trust in the company ability to provide outstanding services. Can you imagine the mechanics doing outstanding quality work but the person in Arturo shoes not showing any customer services skills ?!?!? Long story short: I am beyond happy with the entire experience overall and the outcome of this freak accident. Thank you Arturo and the entire team who took care of my vehicle , greatly appreciated! Keep up with amazing work you do and word of mouth will spread out!

Lexus is full of complicated electronics. After Caliber attempted to restore controls for folding mirrors, entertainment systems password and the like, had to rely on dealer's technician to complete the work.
