It's a good place just need to be more transparent with claims for damage and cost with pictures.

I could not get any clear answers to the one question I asked repeatedly. Was my suspensions check? The only answer given was that an alignment was done. Which is not the same or what I requested. I now have to go send money somewhere else. Because I could not given an answer. Those two are not the same. So I guess that is a No.

Arturo was very professional, receptionist could use manners training and not repeat herself like a recorder while being rude. I'd rather sell my car then go back there. My car was 50% complete and all everyone could tell me was that they could only do what the insurance gives them permission to do. I was told my suspensions were checked and would not pass an alignment if they weren't checked. Before driving off parking lot. Wires fell out from under dash board hitting the top of my left foot. It terrified me because I have had this car for five years and that's never happened. Car was then taken to, two other locations and both told me my back suspensions needed replacement. I don't know who's at fault for telling me they were checked. But clearly they were not.
