Arturo was my service advisor, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, providing updates every step of the way. He communicated estimated completion dates, promptly notified me when my vehicle was ready, and made sure I always knew what was going on. When I arrived to pick up my car, Arturo personally walked me to the vehicle, reviewed the completed work with me, and made sure everything met my expectations before I left. He also took the time to answer my questions and explain additional details about the company and the repair process. Overall, my experience was a 10 out of 10. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Arturo truly went above and beyond. If I ever need repairs again, I will definitely return because of the exceptional service he provided. Highly recommend!

Arturo was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He kept me up to date and did his best to make the repair process as painless as possible even when insurance caused some issues. Excellent communication! The process was as easy as it could be under the circumstances. Chris was personable and easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable too! I appreciate everyone, including the person at the reception desk. You can tell she worked hard to make the reception area unlike a typical body shop!
