This is been a complete nightmare. I've been without a car for the past two months. The insurance company that I was working with was not my own and was giving me the run around this entire time. Jordan stepped in originally he wasn't the person handling my claim And started handling the insurance company. After numerous phone calls he was able to finally get everything that he needed in order to take care of my car. This location also kept me informed at least twice a week. Freddy the branch manager at one point even went out of his way to step in and talk to the insurance company. And then the rental company was starting to charge me as a result of the insurance company no longer wanted to take care of me. Suffice to say this location has surpassed my expectations and given me the best service that I have ever had when it comes to my car. I'm just happy to finally have my car back thanks to Freddy in Jordan
