A part of the front fender was sticking out and the seal did not appear to be installed correctly. I brought it to Tomas's attention and he took my car back to the shop and they made it better.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Tomas explained the process and what would happen as my vehicle was being repaired. Tomas had a problem contacting me by phone so he reached out via email to give me updates and to tell me that my care was complete. I appreciated that he used all of the resources he had to contact me.
