It looks fine but I can now hear the back hatch rattling which was never the case, even after I backed into the other car. Now I need to go back, have it looked at it again and then fixed, requiring 1, possibly 2 inconvenient trips.

The shop was great. The customer service was extremely friendly. I only put them at an 8 (would have been a 10) because I felt the cost of the repair was a lot higher than necessary. They did a great job with the repair, but the cost would be the main reason I would not recommend them.
