It took Caliber Collision 23 week day work days to repair my vehicle. At this point I am a dissatisfied customer. For the amount of damage to my vehicle the repair time is not reasonable. Into the second week when I checked on expected finish date I was given July 17, 2026. I was told it was because of a back ordered part, which when I picked up vehicle I was told it was a plastic piece which would have been one of the last parts to be put on the top truck bed rail. I truthfully question that the stated back ordered part has anything to do with the length of time to complete my truck repair. If you are interested in helping change my satisfaction view, you could provide a timeline of repair process and when the back ordered part was received.

I have two issues with my experience with Caliber Collision. The first is that I dropped off my car on July 1. Apparently it just sat until July 6, when it was sent to another location. The second issue was receiving a text message on July 24 letting me know my vehicle was completed and being sent to the original location. Yet no one from either location contacted me for three days. So at 10:30 on July 27 I called the original location to inquire about my vehicle only to learn my vehicle was not ready and there was an issue. This took another three days to fix.

If I could describe my experience with Caliber Collision in Imperial, would be that they care. Caryn wand Danielle are phenomenal, courteous, and maintained constant communication. Caryn made this first time collision experience easier to navigate and took the time to answer any questions I had. Danielle and the team completed repairs to my vehicle ahead of schedule and I could not be happier. If you are looking for quality with a mom and pop feel, Caliber in Imperial is where you need to go.
