There was a lot of back-and-forth. They had it for a week and a half and then I got it back because they didn’t have all the parts. I had to take it back again for all the repair work to be done that took longer than expected. They broke my windshield when they were taking it out for repairs to the roof and had to replace my windshield. There were new scratches on my tailgate that were not there when it was dropped off. They looked at them when I picked my car up and said they were fresh and it looked like that someone had backed into me, but it wasn’t there when they finished my car. They put some touchup paint on it to seal the scratches for the time being and suggested I bring it back to have the tailgate painted hopefully not at my cost at this time. I cannot do that because we have another car that’s coming in for a pair and we need a vehicle to drive. Overall, my experience with caliber was frustrating to say the least but I will say Karen worked with me. She was wonderful and Sierra who was there before Karen was very helpful. I’m hoping my neck experience with the rogue and the Ford F150 go much much smoother and not as long time.

There are still scratch on truck and they said I have talk with my insurance for them to fix it also got car back would not start then jump and check engine light came on.

Miss alot of scratches and new pieces of trim is also scratched also. Pick up and would not start jump then check engine light came on and did not have any error code before. Told me I had to talk with insurance to get rest repaired and insurance said they have to send in info in and ask for it. So getting a run around and my total was over 22000 dollars
