Overall the experience was good, we had a few hiccups along the way but we got them worked out, I brought two vehicles up there, and both of them had the return for additional work, however Corey works through it with me and, I think we've got it all worked out now.

My experience with Caliber Collision (Imperial) was a great one! Sara deserves a shout out for being amazing and answering all my questions and multiple phone calls. I know I was probably a pest, but I appreciate all of her help. My 2024 GMC Terrain looks amazing. The only thing that caused a slight frown was having to wash my vehicle after pick up because materials weren’t washed off. The sticky stuff required a lot of elbow grease and time. Other than that, I will definitely keep Caliber at the #1 spot on my list of auto body shops.

Not even 2 weeks after a 7.6k job, the cover of the day light is falling out, not damaged just poorly put together. The headlight is un evenly put in, there was paint all over the mirrors indicating they did not cover them when painted. The bottom cover of the car underneath fell within less than 24 hours from picking it up. I have picture proof of this as well with date and time.

Caliber went out of their way( especially Kory) to make sure my vehicle was finished on time and to the best of their ability. Communication was great. The only two issues I had were that the 2nd party vendor caused problems with my wheel and there is a visible indentation where the door and panel come together. This is where the original damage was done. I am able to appreciate that overall everything was done well.
